...I just have to say that your customer service is outstanding!!! Even if it turned that the floor mats were not available. You have been courteous, quick to help and offer suggestions, and you kept me informed and even gave me a decision of whether to wait or cancel the order. I have been tasked with excellent customer service throughout my 40+ year career and it has been very sad to see how little excellent customer service means today. I salute you and ask that you not sit on your laurels but continue to be that shining star in the night!! It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work with you!!...
